Turin is well know for the Baroque and the Art Nouveau architecture. However, very few know that Turin is home to some marvellous Neoclassic Palazzi, especially in the area of Borgo Nuovo and the triangular corner of Vanchiglia. These are the city areas where the Embassies to the Kingdom of Sardinia (and later on to the Kingdom of Italy) were located, together with some residential buildings, designed by the new Bourgeoisie to get extra income from the new construction business.
